Christie's 4DColor™ technology, is the latest innovation in LCD technology, offering a new level of LCD real-color performance; performance that doesn’t compromise projection brightness. A fourth LCD has been added to increase the color gamut by 20% while at the same time increasing brightness by nearly 10%. Furthermore, the inorganic alignment layers used by the LCDs greatly improve the contrast ratio. This not only results in deeper blacks but enhances the color reproduction still further, while ensuring those colors stay brilliant for years to come.
