Tempest’s Digital Enclosure Control (DEC) is designed to keep projectors cool when it is hot or warm when it is cold, while avoiding condensation within the enclosure.

Tempest enclosures include sensors that monitor projector activity. When the projector is on powerful fans change the air inside the enclosure every 2-3 seconds, preventing heat build-up.

St. Agustin Church in Zacatecas Mexico featuring six Christie DS+10K-M projectors installed outdoor in six Tempest Cyclone 8000 enclosures.  These M Series projectors are used year round to project on the front face of the church after dark.
