  • Exclusive access to Christie’s researchable knowledge database and on-line troubleshooting tool
  • On-site emergency technical assistance included during customers normal business hours

  • Discount rate for non-included labor services
  • Remote network monitoring
  • Hardware/Software NRE charges incurred to enable network monitoring specific to the customers’ application will be billed separately
