Image quality

Crisp, clear image quality on critical command center video walls ensures your operational team has the complete picture for critical information.

Image quality is crucial for command centers where crisp, clear data is necessary for critical decision making. When situations or assets are being monitored and managed, information has to be legible and reliably displayed to exacting design sizes and requirements.

The best image quality comes from these Christie purpose-built features:

  • Ultra high contrast view-ability and display performance
  • DLP® technology for best data and video imaging
  • Specialty color and brightness management features for best matching across multiple displays
  • Geometric precision for seamless imaging across multiple displays
  • Only one millimeter nominal space between screens

For operators, image quality is equal to image usability. With their rear-projection design, Christie video walls are visible from a range of angles and viewing positions, helping to reduce eye strain and fatigue.

Superior color processing and control

All systems include Christie’s exclusive, advanced color management software that ensures accurate, color-space control and color matching across all the projectors in a video wall. And now our LED illumination has increased color space, producing deeper, more vivid colors.
Christie’s KoRE projector-image processing provides an extensive level of control and manipulation for more serious technical installers and specialist.

Automatic color and brightness balancing

Christie’s Entero and MicroTile display wall products feature exclusive technology that automatically and continuously maintains uniform color and brightness across the entire video wall. Each display unit in the video wall continuously monitors its own color and brightness levels and communicates that information to the other units in the display array so that levels remain matched. This color and brightness management happens automatically in the display system network - you never need to use external software or hardware to do the work.
