In the event you need to cancel, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your class start date. We also ask you to submit a purchase order for 350.00EUR/ delegate to email@example.com. In the event a delegate(s) fails to attend a booked training class, without cancelling in advanced, your organisation will be invoiced the full amount of the purchase order.
