Phone-in and onsite support
- You can call Christie technicians for technical support and to request replacement parts between 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
Remote monitoring with the Christie Network Operations Center
- The Christie Network Operations Center (NOC) is a US-based service network with a 24/7 service desk for technical support. The NOC also provides remote monitoring services that track, update and manage display systems and keep them running. With remote monitoring we can detect and handle potential challenges before you’re ever aware of them and before they can affect your display system.
Spare parts program
- Our critical inventory logistics (CIL) network ensures that we always have the right parts in the right place at the right time. The CIL network makes parts available to you, 24/7/365 from more than 50 forward-stocking locations and a central-stocking location where critical spare parts are kept. The CIL network works with FedEx Supply Chain Solutions using an automated process.
