We’ve developed a broad range of services that go from inception to sustainment. We manage programs and provide you with a single source contact. We work with you on the planning, procurement, logistics, pre-staging and integration and implementation of a rollout. Once your advanced visualization system is up and running, we can monitor and maintain the system – that means reduced downtime and reliable support for our customers.

Network Operations Center

Offering a national US service network since 2003, our state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC) features 24/7 remote monitoring of your deployed display systems to ensure they are up and running.  Data collected from your systems can be used to identify issues for remote resolution, or to dispatch local service engineering teams. 

Each request from on-site staff for assistance, or issue detected via remote monitoring activity, is documented as a case in our case management system.  These cases are categorized by the equipment affected as well as the severity of the issue.  Detailed reporting is available to help measure support activity as well as record overall performance of equipment and systems.

Critical inventory logistics (CIL)

The critical inventory logistics (CIL) network ensures that the right parts are in the right place at the right time. It is comprised of over 50 forward stocking locations and a central stocking location where critical spare parts are strategically deployed to allow optimal positioning and access 24/7/365.  The CIL network is managed and executed in conjunction with the FedEx Supply Chain Solutions via an automated and engineered process.
