Return Merchandise Authority Process

With a quick, efficient system that keeps paperwork to a minimum, it’s a simple procedure to return any product to Christie. The product part number and serial number are all you need – returns are no hassle and take virtually no time.

Christie has two RMA return processes, each one based on what you expect in return from Christie:

  • Advanced Placement
    You are requesting advanced placement of a new product in exchange for a defective product.

  • Return for Repair
    You are returning your in-warranty or out-of-warranty projector to Christie for repair services.
