Christie’s Customer Service Team has established a fast and easy Return Policy to facilitate the application of a credit to your account or for the advanced replacement of a warranty product. Follow the procedures outlined below to streamline and simplify your return experience.

If you are returning your projector to Christie for the advanced placement of product, contact Christie Technical Support (800) 221-8025 regarding your defective product, with the required information:

  1. Product part number and serial number
  2. Module part number and serial number
  3. Description of the problem
  4. Contact information
  5. Ship to address for the replacement part.

Tech support will provide you with call log # and you are done!

CHRISTIE Customer Service will fax or email the RMA # to you within 24 hours, and you simply write that number on the box, when you ship the defective part to:
