The world’s most powerful video processor, the Christie Spyder X20, will manage all content.

“We’re excited to participate in InfoComm Colombia for the first time this year, and we are hopeful that this event will present us with new opportunities to share ideas, reach out to the community and provide the best possible experience and service to our users and partners in this country and beyond, further enhancing the Christie brand in the region,” said Jorge García, Christie’s Sales Manager in Latin America.

“The demand for Christie’s visualization, control room, rental & staging and collaboration solutions in Colombia is noticeably increasing, with major projects taking place in this moment that will help customers create the world's best shared experiences, using the broadest range of collaborative tools available today,” García explained.

Visitors to the Christie booth will have the possibility to view the new laser phosphor 1-chip DLP® Christie GS Series. Laser phosphor illumination eliminates the need for lamp and filter replacements, and provides an astonishing 20,000 hours of low-cost operation. Wireless connectivity, a small footprint, low-weight, quiet operation and a full suite of lenses makes the GS Series ideal for fixed installation applications, including boardrooms and conference rooms, government facilities, higher education, houses of worship and selected location-based entertainment venues such as casinos and live event theatres. Specifically on display will be the Christie DHD555-GS, a 5000 ANSI lumen, HD-resolution projector.

Christie will also showcase two blended Christie HD14K-M 3-chip DLP® projectors displaying content on a wide aspect ratio curved screen. Available with WXGA, SX+, HD and WUXGA (1920 by 1200) resolution and providing up to 10,000:1 contrast ratio, the industry-leading Christie M Series is equipped with Christie Twist, which enables edge blending and warping for smooth, clean images from multiple projectors.

The booth will also feature the Christie DHD951-Q. Part of the Christie Q Series, the 1-chip DLP® projector is usable in either single or dual-lamp mode, and equipped with eClarity — advanced image processing that enhances images by providing greater control over image sharpness, gloss and shading. For rental staging applications including concerts, conventions and other events where visuals are a vital component, Q Series delivers outstanding blending and warping capabilities when using multiple projectors on flat, curved, hexagonal, or spherical surfaces.

Another highlight on the Christie booth will be the Christie LX1750, offering a powerful 16,000 lumens (17,500 center lumens), 4D color technology for superior color reproduction, and professional design. The LX1750 3LCD projector is ideal for houses of worship, large conference rooms, higher education, medium-sized auditoriums, and staging applications. The Christie LX1750 also features a suite of eleven optional, high performance lenses to support virtually any installation or venue, along with a fully motorized lensing system that offers easy setup and configuration.

Two LED edge-lit Christie FHD651-T 65-inch LCD touch panels will also be showcased at InfoComm Colombia. Featuring a 2.7-inch profile, the Christie FHD651-T has high-accuracy infrared touch technology with superior touchscreen performance in a fully integrated package, and is ideal for multi-touch meeting room displays, classroom electronic whiteboards or interactive digital signage.

An additional highlight on the Christie booth will be Christie Vive Audio, a complete audio solution that combines the superior audio qualities of ribbon driver technology with the proven high quality performance of a line array speaker design – matched with powerful Class D amplification. Products on display in Christie’s booth will include the S118 (subwoofer) with LA1 line array speaker.

The award-winning Christie Brio family of meeting presentation and collaboration solutions allows users to connect, collect and share content through a single unit. The family includes Brio Team, Brio Team+ and Brio Enterprise. At InfoComm Colombia, Christie will display Brio Team+, with an integrated wireless access point that eliminates the need for apps or additional hardware to mirror the full desktop of tablets, phones or laptops as 30 fps HD video sources in a collaboration session. Ideal for meeting spaces in corporate, academic and government facilities, Brio Team+ can also display high quality video content at native resolutions through DVI video inputs that support video output sources 2560 by 1600 at 30Hz or 1920 by 1080 at 60Hz with HDCP.

Christie will also exhibit a 2 by 2 setup of the 70-inch Christie Entero HB front access display cube the first and only LED display cube to offer wireless control through Wi-Fi® capability. Christie’s video wall displays will be fed by the Christie Phoenix open content management platform, which offers 24/7 monitoring and network-based content management and sharing. It is also featured at the Automa booth (No. 43).

Also on display at InfoComm Colombia will be a 1-unit wide by 5-unit high Christie® MicroTiles® tower. With their much wider color palette compared to conventional LCD displays, the multiple award-winning Christie MicroTiles deliver clean, saturated, precise colors on a nearly seamless digital canvas. Their unique modular design allows them to be configured into any shape or size, creating the perfect blend of architecture and technology.
