Return Projector to Christie for Credit

Christie’s Customer Service Team has established a fast and easy Return Policy to facilitate the application of a credit to your account or for the advanced replacement of a warranty product. Follow the procedures outlined below to streamline and simplify your return experience.

If you are returning your projector to Christie for a credit or for the advanced placement of product, contact Christie Technical Support regarding your defective product, with the required information:

  1. Product part number and serial number
  2. Description of the problem
  3. Contact information
  4. Ship to address for the replacement part

Technical support will provide you with call log number and you are done!
 
Christie Customer Service will fax or email the RMA # to you within 24 hours, and you simply write that number on the box, and ship to:

If you are requesting advanced replacement of product, including the CDXchange program, simply fax or email a Purchase Order to Customer Service, and write the Call Log number on the PO. If we do not receive a PO, we will ship the replacement as soon as the defective product is received at Christie.
