- Product part number and serial number
- Module part number and serial number
- Description of the problem
- Contact information
- Ship to address for the replacement part.
Tech support will provide you with call log # and you are done!
CHRISTIE Customer Service will fax or email the RMA # to you within 24 hours, and you simply write that number on the box, when you ship the defective part to:
