Return Projector to Christie for Repair

Christie’s Customer Service Team has established a fast and easy Return Policy to facilitate the efficient repair or replacement of in-warranty and out-of-warranty product. Follow the procedures outlined below to streamline and simplify your return experience.

If you are returning your projector to Christie for repair services, contact Christie Technical Support (800) 221-8025 regarding your defective product with the required information:

  1. Product part number and serial number
  2. Description of the problem
  3. Contact information
  4. Ship to address for returning the repaired projection unit

Tech support will provide you with call log # and you are done!

CHRISTIE Internal Service Department will email the SRMA # to you within 24 hours, and you simply follow the important shipping instructions in your SRMA notification letter, and ship unit to:

If you are requesting a non-warranty repair/quote, please simply fax or email a Purchase Order for the “evaluation fee” to Internal Service, and write the Call Log number on the PO.  A PO is required for our Internal Service to begin the quote process. If you approve the quote, the evaluation fee will not apply.
