Extend your Christie standard limited warranty for 2, 3, 4, or 5 worry-free years of ownership. And, that same excellent support continues after the life of the Product. We offer services and parts support for a minimum of 3 years after any proAV product model discontinuation and at least 7 years after any cinema product model.

If you’ve purchased a Christie® product that is now out-of-warranty, you can still benefit from our fast, reliable and low-cost maintenance and repair services. Our expert technicians will carefully restore your equipment to working order, extending the life of your product and protecting your investment.
Service turnaround times
Our standard turnaround time for maintenance and repair services is 10 business days after we receive the unit for repair. We also understand that there may be times when you need a faster turnaround. In these situations, you have the option of selecting our expedited fee program that guarantees a turnaround time of 3 business days. If we can't repair your equipment within 3 business days, we'll send you a replacement on loan to use until we complete the work required. This ensures that you experience the least possible disruption to your operations.
