From projection to AI, here’s our top four takeaways from ProAV’s biggest show
We’re back from ISE 2026, and what a show.
We’ve had a chance to rest and reflect on what made this edition of ISE unique, notwithstanding the incredible attendance numbers and the sight of our company logo lit up by drones.
Here are our four key takeaways from this year’s show.
1. Projection for projects of all sizes
At this year’s show, the range of projectors on display was notable. From high-brightness models, like our 50,000 Griffyn 4K50-RGB pure laser projector and Sapphire 4K40-RGBH, we also saw a notable number of compact projectors making their debuts, including our very own Korus Series.

Christie® Korus Series 4K UHD+ laser projectors made their debut at ISE 2026.
And did you hear? Korus Series took home two awards from the show – System Contractor News named it a Best of Show winner, with judges noting that, “The projector has a great design and great image output, and the color reproduction is good quality. It's easy to install and easy to set up with the blending system.” And Commercial Integrator named it to its list of Top New Technologies at the show.
2. Dynamic and interactive experiences
Similar to last year, where we noted the trend of interactive and immersive displays on the show floor, this year’s ISE brought bigger, better, and brighter experiences.

We used two M 4K Series RGB pure laser projectors to projection map an elephant at the show.
We embraced this trend to showcase the dynamic capabilities of our projection technology, including a projection mapping an elephant using our M 4K Series RGB pure laser projectors, and an interactive display where guests were invited to create custom content that was projection mapped using our new Korus Series projectors.
Christie's Joel St-Denis talks to Inavate about our new Korus Series 1DLP projectors.
3. Artificial intelligence
AI was a hot topic at the show. ISE hosted an “AI Megatrend” series of classes and workshops focused on how AI is rapidly transforming the ProAV market, and across the show floor, we saw the impact firsthand. From workplace collaboration and subtitling solutions for broadcast to content creation, AI continues its growth in the ProAV market.

Our partners leveraged AI to help create the content that was projection mapped onto a trio of masks at ISE 2026.
On the Christie booth, our partners Knownsense Studios and Faber Creative Services used AI to help create and test the interactive content that was projection mapped onto a trio of masks.

4. Conversation and connection
Amid record attendance, over 1,700 exhibitors, and 101,000 square meters of floor space, there was a buzz of excitement. From conversations about new technology and projects in the pipeline, to catching up with industry colleagues over a morning coffee or afternoon drink, it was a reminder that in-person conversations and connections are at the heart of ISE.
