NEW YORK - The Christie® Experiential Network (CEN), leaders in creating immersive and engaging experiential Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) solutions, is pleased to announce that Executive Vice President and founder Kevin Romano will be participating at Digital Signage Expo 2018 on Tuesday March 27 at 4:05pm as part of a panel discussion on “Insights into Trends, Issues, Challenges and Opportunities Throughout the World.”
The panel will discuss the latest DOOH industry trends, as well as key technology and industry recommendations to enhance business operations. Panelists will address growth metrics for the digital signage and DOOH media industry, the drivers and inhibitors of industry growth and how mobile technology will impact the digital signage industry.

North American debut of LED digital signage solutions
Attendees to DSE 2018 will see the latest digital signage solutions on the Christie booth, No. 1933, including Christie Velvet® CorePlus Series 1.4mm and Christie Velvet Apex 0.9mm and 1.2mm LED displays.
Making its North American debut at DSE, CorePlus video walls deliver unparalleled design flexibility for a value-priced LED solution. Ranging in pixel pitches from 1.2 to 4.0 millimeters, the single architecture scales more easily to popular resolutions including 4K, is fully customizable with remote and on-board options, and can be both installed and serviced from either the front or back. Attendees to DSE will see CorePlus 1.4mm in a 6x3 configuration on the Christie booth.
Also debuting in North America is Christie Velvet Apex 0.9mm LED, which delivers lifelike colors and brightness. Introduced in December 2017, the new offering allows for scalability in popular resolutions in a smaller square meter area as well as reducing optimum and minimum viewing distances. The Apex Series offers a proprietary solution of high quality components that work as a system to provide the highest visual experience, maximize display time, and ensure complete peace of mind, unmatched by other LED displays.
LCD solutions on the booth include FHD553-XE extreme-narrow bezel 55-inch panel in a 2x2 configuration, a Christie FHQ981-L 98-inch UHD LCD panel, and Christie Access Series UHD551-L 55-inch LCD panels.
