We created our comprehensive standard limited warranty* to give you the confidence of knowing that your Christie® products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Here’s how it works:

Christie standard limited warranty by new product category

The following warranty periods apply to products purchased from Christie on or after April 1, 2019:

Christie refurbished warranty

We cover all refurbished-by-Christie products with a 1-year warranty, with 2 exceptions: We cover refurbished 1DLP laser phosphor projectors for 1 year or 5,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first; and we cover refurbished LCD projectors for 1 year or 2,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first.

Christie extended warranty

Take advantage of our Christie extended warranty program and enjoy up to 5 worry-free years of ownership, as you increase the length of your standard limited warranty. What isn’t covered?

Our standard limited warranty—and by extension, our extended warranty--doesn’t cover consumables such as lamps and filters, or services such as cleaning. Please refer to our standard limited warranty* for a complete list of exceptions in coverage.​*Requires Christie Portal log-in

Repair and maintenance services

Whatever the situation, Christie repair services  are here for you, with fast turnaround times and quality workmanship. Christie accredited service technicians do their best to restore your equipment to working order, for both warranty and out-of-warranty repair. And from preventative projector maintenance to light engine cleaning, Christie maintenance services help optimize the safety, efficiency, brightness and lifetime of your Christie projector.

Christie lamp warranty

Our Christie lamp warranty* is the best pro-rated lamp warranty in the business. Christie lamp warranty applies to both original and service replacement projector lamps and includes:
