BES/NEW DELHI - Christie® is offering versatility and value for broadcasters in their daily operations through an impressive showcase of high performance visual solutions at BES Expo 2018, taking place at Hall 7, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from February 26-28.
At booth No. 75, Christie’s trusted India partner Falcon Broadcast Solutions LLP has put together an eye-catching spectacle that comprises various advanced, dependable and affordable display solutions ideal for broadcast environments, such as television stations, recording studios and editing suites. These include live demonstrations of the Christie FHQ981-L 98-inch UHD LCD display, Christie Captiva DHD400-S 1DLP® ultra short throw projector, and Christie Spyder X20 video processor - all of which can be easily set up for broadcast applications.

Another dazzling attraction at the booth is the high-performance and easy-to-use Christie FHQ981-L UHD LCD display featuring 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) and 120Hz refresh update rate for normal/natural display. Equipped with unmatched resolution and performance capabilities including 24/7 operability, this 98-inch panel offers an easily deployable and commercial-grade UHD display solution. It can be easily installed as a wall-mountable or free-standing display, and is the perfect solution for presenting complex, detailed animation, data or live content for studio backdrop visualization, delivering powerful presentations or for accurate monitoring and collaborations - best suited for the broadcasting industry.
High-definition contents shown on the Christie Captiva and FHQ981-L displays are driven by the Christie Spyder X20, a versatile hardware-based video processor combined with the flexibility of a universal routing switcher. Its integrated source monitoring enables simultaneous, real-time, full frame rate monitoring of all inputs. The Spyder X20 provides users with a 20-megapixel bandwidth to blend, window, mix, and scale any source format and then routes the signal to any destination device or combination of display devices - quickly and easily for studio or live broadcast venues.
Through the hard work of Falcon Technologies, an increasing number of major television stations in India and Bangladesh have placed their trust Christie’s advanced visual solutions, such as LCD flat panels, Christie MicroTiles® and Christie Spyder X20 video processors, to deliver exciting and detailed images to their audiences.
